My Focus

I am a coach, psychologist and emotional health specialist with a background in cognitive behavioral therapy and transformative coaching.

I have a deep desire to understand why people do the things they do, what drives us, how our internal processes correlate to the world around us, and how this combination produces the results that we end up with.

My approach to coaching is rooted in psychology and research. I combine evidence-based practices with clear strategies and tools and with an empathic, supportive, and authentic attitude.

Special Areas of interest

I am passionate about everything related to psychology and personal development, but some areas are especially close to my heart.

Emotional Health (understanding our emotions, their causes and consequences; acceptance; managing our thoughts and behaviours)

Anxiety and everything related to it (excessive worrying; avoidance; procrastination; catastrophizing and fortune-telling)

Self-imagine and how we connect to ourselves (self-acceptance and positive self-talk vs self-criticism and self-doubt; raising self-awareness and self-compassion, checking in and showing up for yourselves)

Relationships and communication (deepening relationships; authentic communication; setting healthy boundaries, managing social emotions: guilt and shame)

Positive psychology (how to increase happiness and wellbeing; practising self-care; how to keep a balance between positive-negative)

And…Some Fun Facts.

  • I am a Sleep enthusiast!

I love to sleep. There, I said it. I truly believe that sleep is a celebration of our body and mind and we should treat it as such. And sleep brings amazing benefits to our wellbeing, to our physical and mental health.

Don't even get me started on talking about naps!

  • I live on a farm

    Yes, it is true!

I am incredibly lucky to be able to currently live on a farm surrounded by llamas, alpacas, ponies and the stillness of breathtaking nature.

I love animals and try to spend as much connecting with them and learning from them.

  • I am slightly obsessed with The Office

I have seen the tv series more times than I can count or care to admit to.

I love that such a big part of it is based on improvisation, and I am fascinated by the way the characters are built, how they fit into their interesting roles and how they develop as the series evolves.
