Being Human is hard.

Counselling can help.

It is incredibly difficult to be a human being in this world, trying to do your best.

And I know you are doing your best every day - at home, at work, in your relationships, in everything you do.

As humans, we face so many internal and external factors that we have little or no control over.

Whether you are going through changes, facing unexpected challenges, feeling lost, stuck, or overwhelmed, wanting to improve your relationships, aiming to set better boundaries, pursuing ambitious goals, or seeking more meaning and productivity in your work and life, counselling can be there to support you. We meet you where you are and get you where you want to go.

For the past 12 years, I have been accompanying amazing humans on their transformational journeys. My holistic and integrative counselling style is rooted in psychology and research. I combine evidence-based practices, clear strategies, and tools with an empathic, authentic attitude.

What feels challenging for you right now?

Counselling for the challenges we face within ourselves and with each other.

You don’t have to figure it all out alone.

Individual Counselling

Discover a more grounded, kinder way of being with yourself.

Being human comes with a lot — pressure, uncertainty, self-doubt, emotional highs and lows and the constant push to keep it all together.

Maybe you feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or caught in patterns that aren’t serving you anymore. Maybe you are navigating a change you didn’t choose, or actively trying to create one.

Counselling can offer a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to move with more clarity, intention, and self-trust.

You don’t need to be in crisis to reach out. If you’ve been struggling quietly, if something just feels “off,” or if you want space to explore what’s happening inside and around you — that’s reason enough.

Together, we will create the space, tools, and support you need to live a fuller, more meaningful life.

Individual human challenges:

  • Anxiety (social, generalized, panic, existential)

  • Stress & Burnout

  • ADHD

  • Sleep difficulties

  • Impostor Syndrome

  • Perfectionism, overachievement, procrastination

  • Boundaries, communication & conflict

  • Self-esteem & self-trust

  • Loneliness & disconnection

  • Life transitions (job loss, divorce, parenthood)

  • Identity & life direction (clarity, values alignment, expat adjustment)

  • Leadership & job crafting

  • Workplace relationships

Couples Counselling

Rediscover connection. Learn how to really hear and be heard.

Relationships can be deeply fulfilling and also deeply challenging. Whether you are stuck in recurring patterns, struggling to communicate, or feeling emotionally distant, couples counselling offers a space to understand what is happening between you and start creating meaningful change.

Research shows that couples wait an average of 6 years before seeking help.

That’s 6 years of hurt, disconnection, or feeling stuck, when things could begin to shift with support. You don’t have to wait that long.

Couples counselling isn’t just for when things are ‘bad.’ It’s a way to strengthen connection, improve communication, and grow together. Strong relationships are not conflict-free, they are conflict-resilient. Together we will build clarity, connection, and a deeper sense of partnership.

Relationship human challenges:

  • Disconnection or loss of intimacy

  • Communication problems & recurring conflict

  • Attachment dynamics & emotional patterns

  • Codependency or boundary issues

  • Infidelity or breaches of trust

  • Navigating separation or divorce

  • Decisions about the future of the relationship

Hi there,

I’m Roxana

I am a licensed psychologist, CBT-trained and ACT-focused.

Supporting and helping people is at the core of who I am. I believe in a world where we treat each other with more kindness, respect, and care. A world in which the majority of people feel connected, have meaning in their lives and are satisfied with the work they do.

Over the past decade, I have been contributing to building this world in various ways through my work, but one thing has remained constant: keeping people at the center of it all.

I am passionate about emotional health, learning, connection and sloths (so slow…so cute!).

Working Together

“I highly recommend Roxana as a life coach and trainer. She is truly a rare find in the field, possessing exceptional professionalism and unwavering ethics. During a difficult period in my life, Roxana provided invaluable support as I navigated through a challenging separation and divorce. Her guidance and understanding were instrumental in helping me cope with the emotional turmoil and uncertainties that came with this major life change. Roxana consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt supported and empowered throughout the process. If you are seeking someone who will go above and beyond to support you in your personal and professional journey, Roxana is the one to choose.”

“I've been working with Roxana in the business context mode. It's amazing how she feels and hears you and looks deeper, up to the very core of the problem. Sessions with her were always insightful, full of "aha" and "wow" moments, despite I am quite an experienced coaching client. I recommend her to those who are interested in understanding the reason, the core of their broken patterns and want to get rid of them, not just learn the coping strategies. She is a guru of emotions and won't let you go until things are worked through. She remembers what we spoke about sessions before and makes those useful connections. If I could put 10 on a 5-points scale, I would. Thank you so much Roxana!”
