I am a coach, psychologist and emotional health specialist with a background in cognitive behavioral therapy and transformative coaching.

I have always been endlessly fascinated by the ways in which our incredible minds work and by the reasons behind our thoughts, emotions, behaviors and choices.

I am a firm believer in the idea that the most important relationship that we will ever have is the one with ourselves. And we are responsible for investing in it, taking care of it, nourishing and cherishing it.
